Shipping & Returns

My order never arrived.

All orders ship with tracking information. If the tracking isn't updating, please be patient.  We ship internationally and customs at borders often result in delays. Occasionally this results in packages taking more than 30 days to reach the destination.

Tracking looks incorrect.

If you purchased within the last 30 days, just reply to your confirmation email, and we'll help you out with a return.

I live in another country, can I still order?

Yes, we ship internationally. Depending on where you live there may be taxes and duties that apply which we have no control over.
